Bill Management and Smart View

The app allows you to view your bill details. If your bill is paid, it will be marked as such; otherwise, it will show as pending. You can generate a PSID to submit payments through the app. The 'Smart View' feature provides a detailed 7-day and monthly consumption history of your meter.

Self-Reading and Additional Features

The 'Service' section lets you submit your meter reading. You can also share a photo of your meter reading via the app. This minimizes errors and helps prevent inflated bills. To enable self-reading, you need to enter your meter's reference number, which is different from your customer ID used during signup.

If your mobile number differs from what's registered with the electricity board (Wabada), correct this beforehand. Include your residential details, upload your CNIC photo, and specify whether you are the owner or tenant of the property.
